I have been a practicing attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 2009. I have been involved in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate matters, both purchases and sales, including title searches and reviews, drafting lease agreements, as well as conducting closings. My practice of law also has encompassed the formation and counseling of trusts, corporations and LLC's both in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I also have assisted in several personal injury and civil cases in Massachusetts. In 2012 I became a partner with the firm, Manzi Bonanno & Bowers. In our firm, my concentration is both commercial and residential real estate, being able to concentrate on this aspect of law has allowed me to be even more efficient in transactional law.
