I have been a practicing attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 2009. I have been involved in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate matters, both purchases and sales, including title searches and reviews, drafting lease agreements, as well as conducting closings. My practice of law also has encompassed the formation and counseling of trusts, corporations and LLC's both in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I also have assisted in several personal injury and civil cases in Massachusetts. In 2012 I became a partner with the firm, Manzi Bonanno & Bowers. In our firm, my concentration is both commercial and residential real estate, being able to concentrate on this aspect of law has allowed me to be even more efficient in transactional law.

Vincent is the senior partner at Manzi, Bonanno and Bowers, a law office located at 280B Merrimack Street in Methuen. Born in Lawrence, Vincent was raised in Methuen, and has been in the full time practice of law since 1974. He began in practice withhis father Vincent C. Manzi, his wife Mary McCauley Manzi, and his brother Michael Manzi, forming a general practice before evolving into the more specialized area of real estate development, land use issues and permitting. He also specializes in corporate representation and commercial financing. He has been the closing attorney on many multi-million dollar projects, and represents numerous corporate clients, including hi-tech engineering corporations, automotive dealerships, and numerous commercial real estate developments, many in the field of affordable and workforce housing. In 1986, Vincent was named as an Officer and Director of the Massachusetts Housing Partnership Fund Board, a quasi-public agency whose purpose is funding affordable housing projects across Massachusetts. He remains a Director of the Board, while also holding the title of Vice Chairman of the Board and Chair of its Executive Committee. Vincent is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Lawrence Community Boating Program. His previous Board affiliations include the Merrimack Valley YMCA and SRO Board, member of the Board of Directors of Central Catholic High School, member of the Board of Directors of Lawrence General Hospital, Treasurer of the Greater Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, and Co-Chair of the Merrimack Valley Economic Development Council. Vincent graduated from Central Catholic High School, received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Villanova University in 1971, before receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1974.

Jim Bowers is a senior partner in the firm Manzi Bonanno & Bowers. He is a 1991 graduate of the New England School of Law. He is a former Essex County Assistant District Attorney, and a former Assistant City Attorney for the City of Lawrence. Jim’s practice concentrates on all areas of civil, probate, divorce, and criminal litigation, as well as personal injury, real estate, business organization and estate planning. He is licensed in the Massachusetts and United States Federal Courts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Lawrence Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

Rachel Judkins is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. She graduated cum laude from New England School of Law in 2011. Originally a solo practitioner, she joined Manzi Bonanno and Bowers as Of Counsel in late 2012. She has focused her practice on family and probate matters, estate planning and civil litigation, including housing court matters and Receiverships. Attorney Judkins is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association and the Lawrence Bar Association.

Alex Moskovsky, Esq.

Alex Moskovsky is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and in the State of Connecticut. A graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law, Alex is known as a zealous advocate for his clients. His practice concentrates in the areas of criminal defense, probate, and family law, where he handles complex litigation in a wide variety of serious felony cases and contentious family law matters.

Prior to practicing law, Alex managed large scale defense contracts as a program manager for a defense contractor. He is an avid hockey fan, enjoys warm weather, and traveling with his family.
